Crispy Air Fried Gnocchi with Basil Aioli

Ingredients
- 2 x 500g Grand Italian Potato Gnocchi
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt flakes
- 1 1/3 cups whole egg mayonnaise
- 1 1/3 cups basil leaves finely chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- Extra Salt flakes, for serving
- Basil for garnish
Method
1. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C. Place the gnocchi into a bowl, drizzle with the oil and toss until well coated. Place the gnocchi into the air fryer basket and air fry in batches if necessary for 15-20 minutes or until golden.
2. In a bowl combine the mayo, basil and garlic and mix well.
3. Place the gnocchi onto a serving plate and serve with Basil Aioli for dipping. Serve immediately.
